Information On Our Site
Website information may occasionally contain errors. Product images may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, or photography. Product details, availability, and pricing may change without notice. Glam & Gems reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.
Diamond Certificates
Glam & Gems exclusively offers lab-grown diamonds.
Lab-grown diamonds of 1 carat and above are provided with an IGI diamond grading report, also known as a diamond certificate, when applicable. This report includes important details about the diamond, such as its carat weight, color, clarity, cut, measurements, and other grading information.
Diamond grading reports are valuable documents and can be costly to replace. If an eligible item is returned, the original diamond certificate must be included with the return.
If the diamond certificate is not returned with the item, Glam & Gems reserves the right to deduct a replacement fee of $150 USD from the refund amount.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed or confirmed.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability, Glam & Gems reserves the right to cancel the order without penalty. If this happens, we will contact you directly and, when possible, offer an alternative option or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Because some pieces may sell quickly or be made in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed until the order has been fully processed and confirmed by our team.
Gift With Purchase
From time to time, Glam & Gems may offer a complimentary gift with qualifying purchases during a promotional period.
Unless otherwise stated, one complimentary gift is included per customer, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the offer period.
A purchase qualifies for a complimentary gift only when it meets the minimum purchase amount set by Glam & Gems for that specific promotion. The required minimum purchase amount may vary by promotion and may change at our discretion.
Complimentary gifts are selected by Glam & Gems and may vary based on availability. Customers cannot choose the metal color, size, style, or length of the gift unless specifically stated in the promotion.
Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged, returned for refund, or replaced if misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. Gift items are not covered under our standard warranty, Glam Protection, or repair services.
If part or all of a qualifying purchase is returned and the remaining purchase value no longer meets the minimum purchase amount required for the promotion, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Glam & Gems reserves the right to withhold or cancel a complimentary gift in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, returned purchases, or abuse of the promotion.
Gift with purchase promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period and while supplies last. Offer terms may change or end at any time without prior notice. Additional restrictions may apply.
Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
At Glam & Gems, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every piece we create. All Glam & Gems fine jewelry is covered by a free lifetime manufacturing warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you believe your jewelry has been damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us so our team can review your piece and guide you through the evaluation process. Once received, our expert jewelers will carefully inspect the item to determine whether the issue is covered under our manufacturing warranty.
If a warranty issue is confirmed, Glam & Gems will repair the covered damage or replace the item at no additional cost.
Repairs that are not covered under the manufacturing warranty will be quoted for approval before any work is performed. No repair will be completed without the customer’s confirmation.
Please note that any repair, resizing, or service performed by a jeweler other than Glam & Gems may void the warranty.
Fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, daily activities, pressure, or accidental damage. This is especially true for rings, as hands are used throughout the day and are naturally exposed to impact and wear. Our manufacturing warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft, accidental damage, or damage caused by failure to complete necessary maintenance or repairs needed to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
Examples of issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:
Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, lotions, perfume, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, or cleaning products.
Normal wear of precious metals, including prongs that naturally wear down over time and may require maintenance or restoration.
Prongs that catch, bend, wear down, or become damaged due to everyday wear, which may allow a gemstone to loosen or fall out.
Loss of a gemstone caused by everyday wear, impact, trauma, or other damage.
Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or continued wear after the jewelry shows signs of needing repair.
We recommend having your jewelry inspected and maintained regularly to help preserve its beauty, structure, and security. For additional protection against loss, theft, or significant accidental damage, we also recommend maintaining independent jewelry insurance.

Promotion Codes
Promotion codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to previous purchases after an order has been placed.
Unless otherwise stated, each promotion code may be used once per customer.
Promotion terms, eligibility, and exclusions may change at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid only during the promotional period stated in the email, message, or promotion where the code was provided. Other restrictions may apply.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Prices listed on the Glam & Gems website do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other taxes that may be required by the destination country.

Cancellation Rights for Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship Items
Most Glam & Gems jewelry is made to order and created according to the customer’s selected specifications, including ring size, metal color, diamond shape, carat weight, design details, or other personalization options.
Because these pieces are made specifically for each customer, made-to-order, customized, resized, personalized, engraved, or specially produced items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or covered under our warranty.
This includes all rings made in the customer’s selected size and all jewelry produced in the customer’s selected metal color.
Only Ready to Ship items may be eligible for cancellation or return, subject to our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before production begins, but cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is being processed or produced.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Glam & Gems Site, including its content, features, product information, images, and related online services, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Because most Glam & Gems jewelry is made to order according to the customer’s selected specifications, made-to-order, customized, resized, personalized, or specially produced items are final sale once production begins and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty or covered under our warranty.
For Ready to Ship items that may be eligible for return, Glam & Gems reserves the right to refuse or limit returns if we believe the order was placed for comparison purchasing or return abuse.
