Free Warranty & Protection Plans

At Glam & Gems, every piece is created with care, precision, and expert craftsmanship.
Your Glam & Gems jewelry is covered for one year from the date of delivery against
confirmed manufacturing defects.

We stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry, which is why all Glam & Gems fine jewelry
is covered by our free manufacturing warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty is designed to protect you in the rare case that your jewelry has an issue caused by the way it was made.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our 1-Year free manufacturing warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in Glam & Gems fine jewelry.

If, after inspection, our jewelers determine that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect,
Glam & Gems will repair the covered damage or replace the item at no additional cost.

How the Warranty Evaluation Works

If you believe your jewelry has been damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact our team.

Once we receive your item, our expert jewelers will carefully inspect the piece to determine whether
the issue is covered under our manufacturing warranty.

If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
If the repair is not covered under the warranty, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before
any work is done. No repair will be completed without your confirmation.

Important Warranty Note

Any repair, resizing, adjustment, or service performed by a jeweler other than Glam & Gems may void your warranty.

To help protect your jewelry and keep your warranty valid, we recommend contacting Glam & Gems before having
any outside jeweler work on your piece.

What Is Not Covered

Fine jewelry is delicate and can be affected by daily wear, pressure, impact, chemicals, and accidental damage.
This is especially true for rings, since hands are used throughout the day and are naturally exposed to more wear.

Our manufacturing warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear,
Loss of gemstones,
Loss of the jewelry item,
Theft,
Accidental damage,
Damage caused by improper care,
Damage caused by continued wear after the jewelry shows signs of needing repair,
Damage caused by failure to complete necessary maintenance or repairs,
Repairs, resizing, or services performed by another jeweler.

Examples of Issues Not Considered Manufacturing Defects

The following are examples of issues that are not covered under our manufacturing warranty:

Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, lotions, perfume, swimming
pools, hot tubs, bathing, or cleaning products. Normal wear of precious metals, including prongs
that naturally wear down over time and may require maintenance or restoration.

Prongs that catch, bend, wear down, or become damaged from everyday wear, which may allow
a gemstone to loosen or fall out.
Loss of a gemstone caused by everyday wear, impact, trauma, pressure, or other damage. Damage
caused by accidents, improper care, or continuing to wear the jewelry after it shows signs of needing repair.

Jewelry Care & Maintenance

To help preserve the beauty, structure, and security of your jewelry, we recommend having your piece
inspected and maintained regularly.

Routine maintenance can help identify worn prongs, loose stones, or other issues before they become
more serious. For additional protection against loss, theft, or significant accidental damage, we also
recommend maintaining independent jewelry insurance.
